Ticket Management - FAQs
A mobile ticket is the safest, most convenient, and flexible way to receive and manage tickets while providing increased protection against fraud. Additionally, you can manage and transfer your tickets at any time. Lastly, the Texas Children’s Houston Open can provide the best customer service to your guests by knowing exactly who should have the tickets.
Visit the Transfer Ticket Guide. You can transfer from mobile device or desktop.
Your guest will receive an invitation to accept transferred tickets and/or parking from Texas Children’s Houston Open. Confirmation of both invite and acceptance will be sent to your email address.
Via mobile browser you have the option to transfer via email address or text message. When sending via text be sure to complete the process of sending invite through your messaging app.
Yes, selecting the transfer option from the My Events listing page will allow you to bulk transfer multiple events.
Yes, if they don’t already have one, they will create one in the acceptance process.
Upon acceptance, tickets are immediately added to the recipient’s account. Ticket holders should log in to Texas Children’s Houston Open Account Manager via browser or mobile device or download the PGA Tour App to access tickets for entry.
You can reclaim tickets through the ‘Cancel Transfer’ feature as long as they have not already been accepted. If the guest has accepted tickets, they would need to transfer them back to you.
Tickets are mobile only. Screenshots will not work, nor are they printable at home. Tickets holders can present their ID at Admission Trailer next to gate if they are in need of assistance with account access or event entry.
The ‘Cancel Transfer’ option will cancel all tickets and/or parking that were included in the initial invite.
Unfortunately, not yet. Recipient name and email address will need to be entered when initiating a transfer. Your most recent invites will be displayed for quick access as well.
