H-Town Villas
Sitting above the tee box on our short Par 3, 15th hole, you will find the Lounge. A new product for the 2024 Texas Children's Houston Open, The Lounge at 15 tee was a hit! These open-air private suites are a great spot for smaller groups of 12-15 people. It provides a vantage point for guests to have a bird's eye view of golfers teeing off on the highest energy hole on the course. Playing between 120-150 yards, guests will also have great views of all of the action on 15 green as well.

Our newest product for the 2025 Texas Children's Houston Open, The Dugout sits immediately behind the green on our par 3, 15th hole giving guests the best view of the hole. Each space is comprised of a half-moon table with four seats surrounding it as well as high bar rail. Half-moon table and bar rail will be branded with company logo. Included is food and full-service premium bar via in-seat wait-service.
