Additional golfers will be added before the field is finalized on Friday, March 20.

All the hospitality venues at the Texas Children’s Houston Open are back, with the signature hole continuing to be #15. Known for its lively action and stadium-type atmosphere, the Astros Golf Foundation continues to invest in making that area the ultimate fan viewing and destination area.

For the second-straight year, Aramark will be the food and beverage concessionaire at the Texas Children’s Houston Open. Several local restaurants will have specialty items available throughout the course. In the Reliant Fan Village, Houston-staple El Tiempo will have select food items available. There will also be local food trucks serving on the course. Finally, Beck’s Restaurant will be open to the public this year.

A change from previous years, the Memorial Park Pro Shop will be open during tournament week. Including the Memorial Park Shop, there will be three primary retail venues throughout the course, including the Main Merchandise Tent at the Fan Entrance near 10 green, and the Merch Tent near 7 green at the Ride Share Entrance.

Title sponsor Texas Children’s will provide the Texas Children’s Jr. Clubhouse, located at hole 18. This will be an entertaining space for parents to show their kids why golf is a family-friendly environment. There will also be the Texas Children’s Bunker Challenge, which allows fans to test their golf skills like a pro, located at the main entrance to the course. The Family Care Center also offers a dedicated space for changing tables, bottle warmers and private nursing areas.

The Texas Children’s Houston Open is all about giving back to the community, and since 2019, the tournament has raised and distributed $24 million throughout the Houston community. That money has gone to the beneficiaries of the City of Houston, Memorial Park Conservancy, the First Tee of Greater Houston, Texas Children’s and numerous other local charities.

The Astros Golf Foundation, in partnership with the City of Houston, continues to make improvements to the golf course.  The most noticeable this year is the $1.5 million renovation to the driving range. This will not only help w/ the Texas Children’s Houston Open but the drainage and irrigation work was needed to keep the driving range open for Houstonians year-round.
